Create With Aeaea
Let’s make something
neither of us could make alone.
I’m interested in collaboration as a real exchange of ideas, skills, perspectives, and ways of seeing.
I want to work with artists and makers of all kinds: photographers, filmmakers, painters, sculptors, designers, performers, dancers, musicians, writers, fiber artists, stylists, researchers, educators, engineers, and people whose work falls somewhere between categories.
You can come with a fully developed project or the beginning of an idea.
The invitation
Give the rope a reason to be there.
I’m especially interested in work where rope becomes part of the central idea or is at least a strong supporting influence.
It can shape movement, create tension, alter form, become architecture or material, frame the body, create constraint, tell a story, or become part of the question we are exploring.
A collaboration might mean making images, building a performance, experimenting with materials, investigating a technical question, developing an installation, teaching together, documenting a process, or simply putting two different creative practices in the same room and seeing what happens.

Want to create something?
It doesn’t need to be fully figured out.
Tell me what you make, what you’re curious about, and what you think we might create together.
Looking to tie me privately?
Collaboration can absolutely include tying me when we are making, practicing, researching, documenting, performing, teaching, or exploring something together.
If your primary goal is private time to tie me rather than a shared project, that is a different offering.
